Small Business . . . . . What's Next?

The 2010 Small Business and Entrepreneurs Symposium is sponsored by The Arrowhead Center and the Dona Ana community College Small Business Development Center.  This annual symposium connects entrepreneurs and small business owners to business experts, industry leaders, and government officials for the purpose of information sharing on current business topics.  This year's theme "Small Business . . . What's Next?" highlights relevant and timely topics to help business owners understand what is to come in the drastically changing areas of the economy, healthcare, and real estate.

The Symposium is a great opportunity for business owners to obtain knowledge and expertise on wide range of issues affecting the success of small businesses.  Some discussion topics include:

• "The State of New Mexico's Economy: A Small Business Perspective"
• "SBA Recovery Act and Lending Programs"
• "Healthcare Reform: How it affects Small Businesses"
• "Commercial Real Estate: A Local Perspective"

Networking is a critical component to this event.  A networking breakfast will be hosted as an opportunity to meet, greet, and develop collaborative relationships with other members of the small business community.  A resource table will be available for business owners to leave brochures, business cards, and other relevant material.  Bring these resources to help you promote your business to others!
